Acceptable Hotel Experience

helpful staff convenient location inconsistent wifi unsafe street

The front desk staff were helpful. They gave us an upgrade and I was grateful for that. The location proved convenient, with various restaurants nearby. Once inside the hotel, I felt safe.

The WiFi was inconsistent in the room I occupied. it only functioned just outside the room or in the lobby. The street outside seemed unsafe. I noticed people affected by drug use.

the front desk offered complimentary coffee and tea, a nice touch. my room included a mini-fridge and microwave.. it helped me store and prepare quick meals. the hotel also has a fitness center with a treadmill and some free weights.

the ice machine on my floor was out of order.

Solid Downtown Stay

The staff was helpful with an early check in. The hotel offered free breakfast vouchers for the pub. I also found the central location very convenient to restaurants. The location was blocks from the Granville Island ferry.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy! though it did its job.
